If you asked anyone that knows me what my favorite food of all time is, they would tell you that it is PIZZA. My mom always told me that when she was pregnant she would crave pizza so I always assumed that’s why I liked it so much. Over the last couple of weeks I have made a vow to myself that I would stop eating bread and pizza for a while so I can lose some weight. Now let me tell you, it has been one of the hardest things to endure. I’ve been able to do it in the past but for some reason this time around seems a bit harder. Maybe because I see new pizza places popping up left and right!
I am currently craving pizza as I type this, so let us reminisce on my good old pizza eating days. Over the summer Jason and I decided to try Urban Bricks Pizza. He had tried it before in San Marcos, TX a while back and said it was good, so we tried it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! It’s basically like a Subway but for pizza. The crust tasted like a wooden fire, the cheese didn’t fall off the crust, it was so savory.

You can either order a:
- Build your own pizza where you choose the crust, sauce and toppings
- Signature pizza
- Panini
- Salad
- Wings
- Sweets
I went with a simple build your own. I added pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and spinach.
